The Division of Services and Resources is structured around nine branches.

The Office of Services & Resources supports University-wide and Division related projects and activities. It coordinates strategic and business planning, provides financial accounting, budgeting and planning, business improvement analysis and supports the Executive in their operations.
The new Finance & Procurement Services structure provides quality accounting services; enhanced procurement services; financial analysis and strategy; core services such as tax and compliance, budget reporting and short and long term business planning.
The finance and procurement operating model supports the strategic goals of the University through the delivery of consistent, coordinated and consolidated services to the end user.
Legal & Risk assists University personnel to manage their legal, compliance, risk and insurance responsibilities and to empower those individuals to confidently pursue the University's objectives. The team provides independent, objective and timely advice on legal matters including copyright and freedom of information and assists with the drafting of agreements, policy review, dispute resolution and fraud control.
Legal & Risk also administers the University's insurance program and advises on general and travel insurance matters.
Marketing & Communications is responsible for the promotion and protection of the University's brand through delivering high quality and effective marketing and communications.
The role of the branch is threefold: brand custodians, strategic partners, and service providers.
Human Resources provides recruitment, superannuation and promotions support and advice to the University community and manages payroll, staff records, and workforce planning.
Human Resources also encompasses the Health, Safety and Wellbeing unit, with responsibility for OHS programs and training.
The Technology Services Branch is a part of the University’s Division of Services and Resources, which provides technology capabilities to support the University’s teaching and research objectives and business activities.
The Branch currently consists of over 250 professional staff dedicated to both ongoing operations and University wide projects.
Infrastructure manages the University’s property portfolio and supports its built environment through planning, project management and maintenance services.
Infrastructure also includes the Office of Sustainability (including Ecoversity).
The Planning and Analytics team supports strategic and operational planning, performance reporting and survey/data management within the University.
The role includes helping develop the University's Strategic, Operational and Business Plans plus monitoring their implementation performance.
