Legal Compliance Policy

The University’s Legal Compliance Policy has been updated and approved by Council. The policy came into effect 7 December. Additional definitions of key compliance risk concepts, including of threshold considerations of what constitutes material breaches has been added to support assessment of risk and inform reporting obligations.The revised Legal Compliance Policy is now live on the Policy Directory.
