Empowered Educators Workshop 1C

In 2024 ADEPT is offering the Empowered Educators series to support teaching quality and the facilitation of student learning incorporating the ongoing impacts of AI. The focus will be on the application of evidence-based, fit for purpose teaching approaches which engage and motivate students, enable constructive relationships, and are continuously improved through reflective and scholarly practice.

The Empowered Educators series includes resources provided in a MyUni course which you will be able access prior to and following workshops.

In this first workshop we will set the scene for our exploration of this theme. This session will introduce and explore key ideas, build a shared language, and provide the rationale for practical approaches in the context of our aspirations, and with reference to the evidence-base. This peer-led professional learning workshop will be facilitated by external experts HEED Consultants, supported by ADEPT Academic Leads, featuring content provided by International and Interstate guest presenters.
