Adelaide University email signature blocks and resources

Following the market launch of Adelaide University, a range of helpful resources have been developed to support continued engagement and conversations with key audiences, including key messages and FAQs. 

The following resources are updated regularly and available through the Adelaide University Interim Staff Intranet:

Guidelines and templates for email signature blocks incorporating an Adelaide University promotional graphic have been developed for staff who would like to use it. Separate templates for UniSA and UoA staff are available on the brand guidelines website.

The promotional banner must be used in conjunction with your existing university signature block, including the relevant CRICOS and Australian University provider numbers (i.e. University of Adelaide or University of South Australia). For correct formatting, download your respective email signature block from the website, then copy and paste into your email signature.

The signature blocks were updated on Tuesday 30 July to include:

  • the provider numbers for Adelaide University underneath the promotional banner
  • an additional disclaimer regarding programs
  • the UniSA Australian University provider number (UniSA staff only)

If you are already using the Adelaide University promotional signature block, please ensure you update it to align with the current relevant UniSA or UoA template.
