Help build the AU Employee Experience

The Future Employee Experience will deliver a clear vision of what the Adelaide University employee experience looks and feels like for staff. Over the coming months, there will be a range of ways for staff to participate. The team is looking for people who embrace the Adelaide University values of discovery and ambition and are excited about future possibilities and new ways of doing things.  

We are seeking expressions of interest from UniSA and UoA staff who would like to participate in interviews, focus groups, or co-design workshops (or for the enthusiastic, all three) on stages of the employee journey (such as Learn, Progress or Perform). In addition, monthly Show & Tells will provide staff with the opportunity to learn more about the project, to engage with the work in progress, and provide feedback to be incorporated into future iterations. Each session runs for 1 hour and will be held in-person in the IMO Level 5 Transformation Hub, 108 North Terrace, Adelaide.
