Connect & Share: flexible working arrangements for male staff members

We are excited to be offering the next “Connect & Share” session in our series of opportunities for staff engagement and feedback. This next theme is Flexible Working Arrangements for male staff members, with the aim being to better understand experiences, motivators and potential barriers for utilisation. You do not need to have accessed Flexible Working Arrangements to take part.

We are offering participation in two ways:
1: a small focus group session for male staff to share their experiences in relation to Flexible Working Arrangements at the University of Adelaide. These sessions will be open to all staff who identify as male and there is no requirement to have utilised Flexible Working Arrangements to take part.
