Festival of Learning and Teaching - It's your Festival: call for contributions
The Festival of Learning and Teaching is an opportunity for all academic and professional staff who teach or support learning to share practice, be inspired, learn from one another, and network. Following hugely successful events in 2024, the Festival will be held on Tuesday 24 June. The theme is Transformation in Learning and Teaching.
All academic and professional staff who facilitate learning are invited to submit proposals for the Marketplace of Ideas or an Interactive Presentation. View the information sheet for full details on submissions, including timeline and definitions of terms.
The program will explore approaches to enhancing student learning, supporting the practice of colleagues and achieving meaningful transformation in learning and teaching.
Proposals will align to one or more of these sub-themes:
Identifying, implementing and evaluating enhancements in teaching practice to impact student learning
Reflective and scholarly practice as innovation
Leading transformation in learning and teaching
Transformative learning and teaching through student partnerships
The plenary and concurrent sessions will provide opportunities to consider the challenges and opportunities of transitioning to Adelaide University.
Submissions are due by 9am Tuesday 6 May.
We are excited to announce that Professor Chi Baik, The University of Melbourne, is delivering the keynote presentation.
