As we move toward the creation of Adelaide University, a moratorium on changes to the University of Adelaide’s Management Organisational Structure (MOS) is now in effect. This stability is crucial for the accurate mapping of our current structure to the new Adelaide University’s systems and processes ahead of the 2026 launch. Requests for MOS changes will only be considered if they are critical to the immediate operations of the University. For further information contact Planning & Analytics.

Free embedded battery recycling pilot
Green Industries SA is running a pilot to recycle old and unwanted items with embedded batteries, for example bluetooth speakers, electric toothbrushes, e-scooters, chargers and smart watches. Bring these items to a recycling location near you on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 November between 9 am and 3 pm. When placed in kerbside bins, these types of products can (and have) caused fires. Batteries contain recyclable materials and metals such as copper, aluminium, manganese, zinc, lithium, cobalt and steel. Recycling means we don't need to mine and refine these materials, supporting a more circular economy.
