Overcoming Anxiety and Building Confidence seminar
Join psychologist Dr Tom Nehmy from Healthy Minds for this 75 minute presentation to demystify the most common psychological problem: anxiety. Including powerful self-reflection exercises. This session is available in person only. Those who attend will be in the running for a door prize. Thursday 20 October, 12.15-1.30 pm. More information.
New parent, carer or parent to be?
Join Dr Tom Nehmy from Healthy Minds for this 75 minute presentation covering the key ingredients to mental health and resilience in children, as well practical ideas for how to put these concepts into practice. Session to be held both in person and virtually. Monday 24 October, 12.15-1.30 pm. More information.
Mental Health First Aid Training
Register now for sessions in December. This course teaches people (18 years and over) how to offer initial support to adults who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolved.
