Recognition for Professor Bryan Jenkins

Professor Bryan Jenkins was made an Honorary Life Member of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand for his contribution to the environment profession.

This included roles as Chief Executive of the Department of Environmental Protection in WA (1994-2001) and Environment Canterbury in New Zealand (2003-2011), as well as 20 years of environmental management consulting throughout Australia, China, India and South-East Asia. More recently he was Professor of Strategic Water Management at the University of Canterbury (2011-2017) before returning to Adelaide as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Civil, Environmental and Mining Engineering (2018-present). He also received the EIANZ Simon Molesworth Award for his services to the Institute.
