PeopleSoft Campus Solutions upgrade

On Sunday 29 October, the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions System will undergo a planned maintenance upgrade and will be unavailable between 8am and 9am.

It is recommended not to plan any significant activities that involve ITDS services during this time to minimise potential disruptions. 

What is happening?

The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system will undergo planned maintenance and will be unavailable between 8am and 9am on  Sunday 29 October. During this period, several other core University IT services will also experience service interruptions, including:

  • Academic Integrity Management System (AIMS)
  • Access Adelaide
  • Access Adelaide Admin
  • Admissions at Adelaide
  • Annual Review of Progress (AROP)
  • Core Component of a Structured Program (CCSP)
  • Course Credits and Transfers
  • Course Planner
  • EnrolMe
  • MyAdelaide
  • Online Shop
  • Open Universities (OUA)
  • Scholarships
  • Student Banking Details Website
  • Student Mobile Application
  • StudyLink Integration
  • Unified
  • Web Room Bookings

The planned upgrade will be implemented to improve performance and stability of core University IT services.

What do you need to do?

Please log out of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system by 6am on Sunday 29 October

After 9am on Monday 30 October, please restart your internet browser and clear your temporary internet browsing history before accessing the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system or any of the services listed above. The guide on how to clear your internet browsing history can be found here.
