Introduction to LabArchives Electronic Research Notebook
This session introduces LabArchives Electronic Research Notebook, a secure online space for recording research, managing data, and collaborating inside and outside the University. This tool helps with good research practice using built-in tools, and integration with common software. For beginners and users refreshing their knowledge. Tuesday 6 August, 9.30 am. Online.

Recognise & Respond training: how to support students who have experienced sexual harm
This face-to-face session for staff provides a brief overview of best practice responses to disclosures of sexual harm. It includes definitions and relevant local legislation, information about reporting and support options, university processes and staff obligations. There will be light refreshments. Thursday 15 August, 10 am to 12 pm. Level 7 conference room, Ingkarni Wardli, North Terrace campus. Register.
2024 Adelaide-Nottingham Alliance Staff Mobility Program
There's still time to apply for the 2024 Adelaide-Nottingham Alliance Professional Staff Mobility Program. Open to all professional staff, undertake a collaborative project with a University of Nottingham peer and head to the UK. Planned PeopleSoft Finance upgrade
PeopleSoft Finance will undergo a maintenance upgrade from Friday 19 July, 5 pm to Monday 22 July, 9 am. Service interruptions will be experienced for the Online Shop, Canvas Catalogue, Kofax, and other finance systems. Please clear your browser cache if you experience any issues after the upgrade is complete. More information.
2024 University Awards for Outstanding Achievement
Two weeks are left to submit your online nomination for the 2024 University Awards for Outstanding Achievement. Up to 13 individual and team awards of $5,000 are available to recognise the many exceptional contributions of academic and professional staff and titleholders across the University. Nominations close Friday 26 July.

Adelaide University staff event reminder
We are only a week away from our first in-person all staff event to collectively reflect on the significant progress made to date and to celebrate as we launch Adelaide University to the world. More than 3000 staff from the University of Adelaide and University of South Australia have registered to attend the event held simultaneously at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Mount Gambier, Roseworthy, and Whyalla campuses, and online. Event details for each location are provided.
Co-creating an Employer Brand for Adelaide University
The People and Culture Domain is commencing work to develop a differentiated and distinctive employer brand that will be aligned to the brand of the new University. The employer brand will encompass the values, culture, reputation, workplace environment and overall employee experience that Adelaide University will offer current and potential employees. Staff from both UniSA and the University of Adelaide are invited to contribute to the development of the employer brand through one of three focus groups.
