Things we don't have to do

Sometimes we forget that we don't actually have to do what everyone else is doing just because it's normal, or because it's been ingrained into our brains as a social norm since we were babies. To apologise for something, or to follow trends because social media said so, or hide your true self in fear of being judged.

Of course, there are things in life that are obvious you should do, like I don't know, just at the very least be a decent person to others.
