The Enterprise Agreement sets out the conditions of employment which are legally binding and enforceable. These are supported by various policies in areas of academic, management and governance. HR policies can be found in the HR Handbook.
Together with the Code of Conduct, the Staff Values and Behaviour Framework enshrines the University's Values and articulates a set of key behavioural standards that that are expected of University of Adelaide staff.
