Creative Services update

Creative service requests from anywhere in the University are submitted via the central briefing form. This form can be used for video, graphic design and copywriting work; and caters to all brief types - from strategic projects through to simple creative tasksFrom Tuesday 1 July, our in-house studio will now be triaging all incoming briefs.

From this date, our creative partner, Richards Rose, will no longer be a first point of contact for incoming briefs, unless assigned and agreed with our in-house team and the relevant stakeholder before the work commencing.

Due to potential high volume of requests, not all requests might be able to be serviced via our in-house team—some will need to be outsourced to our creative partner, Richards Rose. Once your brief has been reviewed, you will be advised how your project will be serviced and if it will incur in any account management and creative fees.

If you are unsure how to proceed, please visit our website or read through our Frequently Asked Questions.
