Open Education Week runs from 6 to 10 March and is an opportunity to learn about open educational resources (OERs). The Library has collected information regarding OERs and related upcoming events here.
University organisational metrics
SciVal’s researcher and group section has been updated to reflect the University’s new faculty structure. SciVal provides University-wide metrics by faculty, school and individual researchers. For assistance, see the Library’s benchmarking webpage or contact your liaison librarians.
Barr Smith Library renovation
The renovation of Level 1 North at the Barr Smith Library is now complete. It is an improved learning and collaborative space with natural light, new furniture, a 43% increase in study spaces, and more power outlets to plug in and recharge.
