Academic staff participation in postgrad masterclasses

Academic staff are invited to share their knowledge and expertise through an upcoming masterclass series, aimed at prospective postgraduate students. The sessions provide the chance to inspire and motivate potential students, encouraging them to take the next step in their career through postgraduate study at the University. More information.

2023 Pocket Statistics publication

The 2023 Pocket Statistics publication is now available. Produced every year as a companion document to the University’s Annual Report, it provides a handy three year time series of student, staff, research and finance statistics for the University of Adelaide, based on Australian Government statutory data collections. Consultation on Flexible Work Arrangement Procedure

Human Resources has undertaken a review of the Working From Home Guidelines and the University’s flexible work approach. A staff consultation period to provide feedback on the proposed Flexible Work Arrangement Procedure is now open. View and comment on the draft here until COB Friday 4 August 2023.

Artificial Intelligence in ARC grant programs

The ARC has recently released a policy on the use of Artificial Intelligence in grant programs. There is specific advice for applicants and for those providing assessments. Please refer to this policy if you are applying for or reviewing ARC grants. More information.

APG awards fest

If your research involve proteins, biochemistry or molecular biology come along to the Adelaide Protein Group's (APG) annual Awards Fest for an opportunity to present your research, meet like-minded researchers and hear from interstate and local speakers. Review of postgraduate programs in Property & Construction Management

The University is undertaking a review of the postgraduate programs in Property and Construction Management. Education Quality invites staff to make a confidential submission on matters relevant to the Terms of Reference. Written submissions should be provided to eq@adelaide.edu.au before Friday 11 August, 5 pm.
