The Academy by Deloitte

This week, the University of Adelaide and Deloitte welcomed more than 250 students to the Academy by Deloitte, a ground-breaking initiative designed to bridge the knowledge gap between academic theory and real-life workplace experience.

Contractor Engagement Process

Staff who are directly involved in the engagement and payment of contractors are strongly encouraged to attend an information session demonstrating the new contractor engagement processes. Tuesday 27 June, 11 am to 12 pm. Napier G04 Lecture Theatre, North Terrace campus. More information.

End period poverty

Access to free menstrual products in safe, hygienic spaces across all campuses will be available from Friday 26 May. Staff are encouraged to share information to students and can find out more about the initiative and the locations of products by visiting the website.

Free on-campus flu program

This is the last chance for staff to book on-campus flu vaccinations at Waite and North Terrace campuses or the Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences building. If you are unable to attend on campus you can still book in at a pharmacy until the end of June. Bookings available.

Improving Conflict of Interest declarations

Declaring any conflicts of interest is now easier with an updated form and recording managed through Staff Services Online. Strengthening the conflict of interest management process is another way the University is continuing to create a healthier culture. More information.

This two-day methodology symposium is designed to spark creativity and challenge our thinking about the future of methods related to the production and use of evidence in healthcare policy and practice.
