Check for Integrity
If you are responsible for marking, this session will prepare you to detect the signs and signals that may indicate breaches of the Academic Integrity Policy. It will include both document and technical indicators for a number of types of cheating. Academic Integrity Officers will share learnings from their experience. Friday 19 April, 12-1.30 pm. Network Modernisation – New Network on Campus
Our network modernisation work continues, as we are progressively transitioning all in-scope buildings and campuses to the new network. This will improve the speed and coverage of the Wi-Fi and wired network to continue to support your activities. More information and new network transition schedule.

New Support for Students Policy
A new Support for Students Policy was approved by the Vice-Chancellor and President on 8 December 2023, becoming effective from 1 January 2024. Further communication related to changes to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 and the implications for support for students will take place this year.
Consultation on Privacy Policy and Procedures
The Privacy Policy and Procedures have been reviewed, and are now available for consultation and feedback via the draft policies webpage until COB Monday 19 February.

Host families wanted
The English Language Centre is seeking staff members who can host a student during February and March periods. Hosting a student is a rewarding experience and families will be reimbursed $360 per week to assist with expenses. Contact homestay@adelaide.edu.au or see the website for more information.
AV asset refresh: North Terrace campus
The full refresh of Audio Visual (AV) equipment in identified North Terrace Campus Lower Napier common teaching areas, is now complete and ready for use. More information.
Free SAPOL bike engraving
Visit SAPOL during O-Week on Monday 19 February in the Hub Western Courtyard between 10 am and 1 pm to have your bike engraved with your ID. This can help track your bike down if it gets stolen and can deter thieves. No bookings necessary. More information.

Union House update
Designed following consultation with staff, Emeritus and Titleholders, the function rooms and bistro on level 5 of the rejuvenated Union House are due for completion in late 2024. Teaching Review Program round 1
The Teaching Review Program (TRP) has been designed to provide evidence in support of staff applications for individual University teaching awards, academic promotion, or conversion to education specialist appointments. Applications for round 1 are now open. More information.
