Read and Publish agreements
UofA researchers now have access to 19 Read & Publish Agreements, providing increased opportunities to publish research open access without paying individual article processing charges. New for 2024 are agreements with APA, ACM, John Benjamins and Taylor & Francis. Further details on title inclusions and caps on the Library webpages.

Help shape the Adelaide University brand
As part of developing the Adelaide University brand, market research agency, FiftyFive5, has been engaged to capture the essence of the existing universities and create a new brand identity for the future institution. Staff volunteers from all areas are invited to participate in our upcoming research activities. Register your interest.
Researcher Survey: Access to Public Sector Data
The Australian Research Data Commons is seeking input to an online survey to measure researcher access to Australian public sector data to measure gap between demand and supply. The anonymous survey will take around 10 - 15 minutes and closes on Wednesday 28 February. Findings published in mid-2024. More information.

TEQSA application submitted
On 15 January, the Legal and Regulatory Domain submitted the bulk of our application to the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). This is an important achievement in progressing the necessary registration of the new Adelaide University under the Federal Government’s TEQSA Act.
Upcoming Culture Survey
As we advance the creation of a new Adelaide University, we are continuing to seek ways to involve our staff in shaping and influencing the future institution – with many insights from the Strategic Intent co-creation activity already informing how we progress our transition planning.
Mandatory Training Policy
A new draft Mandatory Training Policy has been developed and is now available for consultation and feedback via the draft policies webpage until COB Monday 26 February.
International Fellows Award
Applications are now open for the University of Adelaide International Fellows Award. Fellowships of up to $20,000 each are available to bring international collaborators to Adelaide to work with our researchers and students on key global challenges. Applications close on Monday 18 March, 5 pm. More information.
Strategic Conference Sponsorship Fund
The Strategic Conference Sponsorship Fund is now accepting applications. Funds of up to $20,000 are available to support key events that align with our FAME Strategies, Industry Engagement Priorities or Global Partnership Development Framework. More information.
