Human Research Ethics
It is necessary for all persons associated with the University of Adelaide to obtain appropriate ethical clearance before commencing any activity involving human research.
Start here for information on when ethics approval is required, the ethics review pathways, and how to apply.
Ethics approval obtained from other ethics committees external to the University, including overseas, must be notified to the University.
Researchers must report adverse events, submit annual progress reports and final completion reports, and apply for any changes to approved projects.
