Processing of requests over Christmas

Student Assist will be closed for the holiday period Tuesday 23 December 2025, 6pm, reopening Monday 5 January 2026, 8:30am

Digital signage requests typically take 7 business days to process and are processed in the order that we receive them. Please ensure that all requests are submitted in advance, to avoid any inconvenience.

Requests must be submitted by a current student or staff member at the University of Adelaide, and images must be related to the University. These may be University events, student clubs, or important dates etc.

Images will only play for a maximum of 1 month. Longer play times are at the discretion of the Digital Signage Team.
