Digital Signage Upgrade
Due to the upgrade of the Hub Central digital signage system, some screens may be unavailable and submissions could be limited. We will notify you by email if an image cannot be uploaded to any of the screens.
Digital signage requests typically take 7 business days to process and are processed in the order that we receive them. Please ensure that all requests are submitted in advance, to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that requests for digital signage to display on the big screen cannot be guaranteed.
Requests must be submitted by a current student or staff member at the University of Adelaide, and images must be related to the University. These may be University events, student clubs, or important dates etc.
Images will only play for a maximum of 1 month. Longer play times are at the discretion of the Digital Signage Team.
