Election of professional staff to Academic Board 2023
Voting in the election of two professional staff members closed at 10:00am on 20 October 2023.
Ms Lisa Laws and Dr Amy Milka were elected for the term 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.
Election of the Chair and Deputy Chair of Academic Board
Nominations for the election of the Chair and Deputy Chair of Academic Board closed on 5 October 2023.
The nomination of Professor Scott Smith was the only one received for the position of Chair. Accordingly, Professor Smith has been declared elected for the term 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.
Two nominations for the position of Deputy Chair were received, from Professor Melissa Nursey-Bray and Professor Chris Boyle. Accordingly, a ballot was held. Voting closed at 10am on 19 October 2023. Professor Nursey-Bray was elected to the position for the term 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.

Alumni Council
Voting in the Alumni Council election closed at 10am on 16 March 2023.
The following candidates were elected for three-year terms commencing on 1 April 2023:

Voting in the election of undergraduate and postgraduate students to faculty boards closed at 10:00 on 18 March 2024.

Council
Election of Students to the University Council
Voting in the election of students to the University Council closed on 3 November. Lashhanth Dhevaraju was elected as the postgraduate member and Merlin Wang was elected as the undergraduate member, for a two-year term commencing on 6 March 2024.

UniSuper
Election of an Academic Staff Representative to the Unisuper Consultative Committee.
The position of academic staff representative on the Unisuper Consultative Committee has fallen vacant and an election is required.
Nominations open on 22 April 2024. An email will be sent to eligible academic staff, via BigPulse, when nominations open.
Nominations close at 12pm on 6 May 2024.
