This is a reminder...

For all of you working hard to hand in your last assignments and studying tirelessly for your last exams, this is a reminder for you to take a breather.

Just for 5 to 10 minutes, take a second to stop what you are doing and breathe. Do it with me now, breathe for 4 seconds, hold for 4, and breathe out for 8. Well done, now repeat.

This is the craziest and most stressful time of the year for all of us and many of us struggle to find the motivation to get through it. But think about how good it's going to feel after you've hit the submit button on that assignment or take-home exam portal, and after you hand up your last exam or finish your last presentation. The weight, the stress, the overthinking and that funny feeling in your tummy will all go away and you will be free! Think about all the freedom you'll have and how good summer is going to be, how much money you're going to get and save for that trip you've been craving and all the fun times you finally get to spend with your friends who you haven't seen in ages and have all been in the same boat.

Stay in the present, get excited about the future.

Whether you felt like you did good or not, remember that you did the best that you could at the time and it's not the end of the world. Try not to be so hard on yourself, keep going, keep breathing, you got this.
