Cross-Institutional Students

Students undertaking cross-institutional study study at the University of Adelaide are liable for the relevant tuition fees or student contribution for the course(s) they are studying at the University.

All cross-institutional students enrolled at the University of Adelaide are issued with an invoice in MyAdelaide for each study period in which they enrol.

For more information refer to:

Domestic students

Domestic cross-institutional students may be offered either a Commonwealth supported place or a fee-paying place at the University of Adelaide.

Domestic cross-institutional students are only guaranteed to be offered a Commonwealth supported place at the University of Adelaide if the course(s) undertaken at the University of Adelaide form(s) a compulsory requirement of the award in which the student is enrolled as a Commonwealth supported student at their home institution.

Domestic cross-institutional students can search Course Planner to find the relevant Student Contribution or tuition fee for their course(s).

Domestic cross-institutional students who are offered a Commonwealth supported place at the University of Adelaide must complete a Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP form online as part of the enrolment process.

If you are a domestic fee-paying, cross-institutional student (i.e. a student enrolled in an award program in one institution but studying a course or courses in another institution that will count towards that award), you may wish to access FEE-HELP at both institutions. To do this you must complete a Request for FEE-HELP Assistance form for each institution in which you are enrolled.

International students

International cross-institutional students are charged tuition fees for their study at the University of Adelaide. International students can search Course Planner to find the cost of their course(s).
