This is my pleasure to meet a mentor who is really helpful for my employability. Initially, I was quite worried about my future since I know little information and requirements regarding the industry. However, my mentor was patiently guiding me toward the directions which would make me more employable. He also shared a lot of useful information about the industry and recruitment process and answered many of my questions. Overall speaking, it was a great experience.

This program gave me a chance to meet a mentor who is really passionate to help you. During the meeting, my mentor helped me to identify my personality, strengths and weaknesses. That gave me some clues about my future employment and how I could improve myself to achieve my career goals. My mentor also guided me in polishing my resume and cover letter and gave me some tips about preparing the interview. This program is useful for international students to clarify their career directions and taking the right steps to pursue their career goals, I have gained a lot from participating in this program.
