This course encompasses the area of historical perspective on socio-legal issues in occupational health and safety; the British factory legislation; Robens Report and other key influences; and the Constitutional, common law, statute law and administrative framework for OH&S. It also icludesan introduction to injury causation; hazard identification; risk assessment and control and principles and systems for OH&S management.
