WINE 7777EX - Wine Business Research Project (M)

External - Trimester 2 - 2015

This capstone course draws upon the core and chosen elective curriculum to culminate in a robust original research project based upon an actual wine brand with results integrated into a 5 year business plan or a minor thesis exploring an identified theoretic area worthy of exploration. Skills developed include high level strategic planning and the ability to plan and execute original research. Hence, the course integrates all of the interfacing elements between wine, business and marketing management as these relate to the 'real-world' side of the wine industry of today.
