Purpose
The purpose of this Active Participation assessment is for you to derive maximum advantage from the opportunity to do an internship with Deloitte.
Task description
Attend and actively participate in the Internship and associated activities/key events.
Students will be required to attend the internship with Deloitte and actively participate in the internship and associated activities and key events.

Supervisor will decide based on student attendance and participation

Final Reflection
Purpose
The purpose of this Final Reflection assignment is for you to reflect more deeply on your internship experience, analysing it and incorporating knowledge and theory.
Task description
Write in a professional report writing style, linking your university knowledge with your internship experiences as you reflect on the tasks you were assigned to work on during your internship.
The 4Rs structure is a useful way to frame your thinking for in depth reflections such as this:
Reporting & Responding: Report on your experiences. Make observations and express your opinion, raising relevant questions.
Relating: Connect your experiences with your own skills, experience, knowledge, personal goals and development. Have you ever observed something similar or had similar experiences? Were the conditions similar or different? What knowledge and skills were required to deal with these experiences? Did you identify areas for personal development?
Reasoning: What important factors underlying incidents/issues can you identify? How are these factors important when understanding events? How is your reasoning supported by theory/literature? What other perspectives should be considered? Are ethics involved? How might a more experienced person handle this?
Reconstructing: Project yourself into the future; how would you deal with some of the issues/incidents you observed? Is there more than one option? Are your ideas supported by theory? How do you think your actions would be received?

4. Submit your Reflective Report via MyUni as a word document within two weeks after the last day of your internship.
Assessment criteria
Discuss your learnings with your Deloitte Coach/Supervisor from the Internship and list your 3 key reflections.
Students will be required to reflect on their original goals and their learnings throughout their placement and list 3 key reflections for discussion with their Deloitte Coach/Supervisor.

Two weeks after the last day of your internship.
Complete Mandatory Learning
Purpose
The purpose of this Mandatory learning assignment is for you to build on your internship experience in preparation for future employment.
Task description
As you move towards looking for employment in your field of study you will need to be explicit about the skills and knowledge you bring to the workplace.
Complete the mandatory learning provided by Deloitte
Students will be required to complete mandatory learning training requirements provided by Deloitte.

One week after the last day of your internship
Supervisor meetings with goal setting
Purpose
The purpose of this Supervisor meetings with goal setting assignment is for you to build on your internship experience in preparation for future employment. This will prepare you for interactions with your line manager at your workplace plus the critical task of setting goals and objectives for the year ahead
Task description
Meet with your Deloitte Coach/Supervisor 3 times during your internship to set goals and review your progress in line with these goals.
Students will be required to meet with their Deloitte Coach/Supervisor 3 times during their internship.
• The first meeting will include setting goals for their placement.
• The second meeting will be a check in and to see how they are tracking with their goals
• The third meeting will include reflecting on their key learnings

Student Feedback
