Ankur Singh graduated in dental surgery from India and completed his MSc in Dental Public Health with distinction from University College London, UK. His Master's dissertation focused on social inequalities in clustering of oral health behaviours among British adults. He has previously worked as a Research Associate with the Department of Health Promotion and Tobacco Control at Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) and has contributed extensively to various projects during his tenure. He joined ARCPOH in 2014 as a PhD candidate and his project aims to explore the theoretical explanations and empirical evidence for the association between social inequalities and population oral health outcomes.
