I completed a Bachelor of Science in 2012 at Monash University; with a double major in Geoscience and a minor in Atmospheric Science. During the summer of 2012/2013 I worked as an undergraduate geologist for BHP Billiton in Queensland. In 2013 I undertook an honours project at Monash University on the structural evolution of the North Portia Cu-Au-Mo deposit in the Curnamona Province of South Australia, using predominantly geophysics and 3D modelling.
After completing honours, I joined Geoscience Australia where I worked as a geochronologist and mineral systems geologist, with experience in SHRIMP geochronology, isotope geochemistry and mineral systems. During my time at Geoscience Australia I participated in several field campaigns, including: magnetotellurics, sonic and diamond drilling, geological mapping and sample collection.
In late 2015 I began my PhD at the University of Adelaide, looking at the amalgamation of central Gondwana in Madagascar and India. I am primarily using U-Pb zircon geochronology and structural geology in my research, and am interested in novel ways of using this data to better understand tectonic processes.

I am interested in a range of geoscientific disciplines and ways these can be integrated to address large scale tectonic problems. In particular I am interested in structural geology and isotope geochemistry (U-Pb dating, Hf isotopes etc.) My PhD research is on the amalgamation of central Gondwana with a focus on Madagascar and India.
