  • Biography/ Background

    Lisa Hunt has considerable experience working within the corporate and higher education sectors. In recent years, Lisa has worked with South Australian universities on a range of strategic and innovative, educational initiatives and undertaken a diverse range of activities, from designing and delivering development programs and preparing tenders involving diverse stakeholders, to designing strategies for business units and managing business operations. Lisa works closely with academics and professional staff and is driven to make positive changes that can profoundly impact the success of the unit and the University.

    Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Ancient History and Modern History) and earned a Master of Arts in Modern History from Macquarie University in 2014. She is currently undertaking a PhD focused on popular perceptions of science and scientists, and their impact on the political and social structure and function of Australian Science. Her highly developed research, analytical and writing skills are complemented by postgraduate studies in the area of education.
