  • Research Interests

My educational research focuses on improving student learning, engagement, and success, particularly through inclusive curriculum design, assessment strategies, and support systems that meet the needs of diverse student cohorts. I am especially interested in interprofessional learning, and how data and student feedback can inform continuous improvement. My work also explores how academic leadership can foster a culture of reflective practice, educational innovation, and sustained scholarship in teaching across the health disciplines.
