All graduates are initially allocated two tickets for guests to attend their graduation ceremony.
Graduates are given the opportunity to apply for additional tickets, but must do so by the relevant deadline in order for this to be considered. Information about how to apply for additional tickets can be found on the I want to attend a ceremony page.
Please be aware that additional tickets are not guaranteed, as space is limited and often a high volume of ticket requests are received. Graduates will be notified if they are successful in receiving additional tickets.
We recommend that guests do not book flights or accommodation until the final ticket allocation has been confirmed in Access Adelaide. The University does not take any responsibility for refunding any such bookings in the case that tickets are not available.
Once tickets have been allocated, graduates are able to download them by logging into the GFP Online Portal.
Guests will need to present their ticket for scanning upon entry.
For guests who do not have a ticket, the ceremony will be live streamed online.
