ADEPT - Strategies for Online Learning

This workshop is designed for anyone involved in the design and delivery of online education at the University of Adelaide.

Presented over two one-hour sessions this workshop will focus on online learning design and delivery, the process of aligning learning outcomes with online teaching methods and appropriate technology.

The capabilities of our learning management system will also be outlined - as well as tips and tricks on how to incorporate them into your courses.

Learn about the role that video, audio and static information delivery play in the online learning environment , in addition to how educators can best engage, support and promote a sense of community with your students.

There will be a pre-workshop activity that will encourage participants to reflect on their experiences and attitudes towards online learning. This activity must be completed a few days before the workshop so please register your attendance by 4pm Friday 17 April.

The workshop is open to all academic, professional and sessional staff currently engaged in online learning design and delivery at the University of Adelaide.
