Through participating in this session, you will develop the reflective approach needed for applications to teaching awards, HEA Fellowship applications or promotion to levels C/D (Specifically Education Specialists and those with high teaching weightings).
At the end of this module, you will be able to:
• Demonstrate reflective practice to improve teaching practice and promote the collection of evidence for scholarly works
• Apply a reflective writing framework to structure evidence in meaningful ways for development of scholarly works
• Connect with colleagues who have been successful in either Advance HE Fellowship, Teaching Awards and/or high teaching load promotion application
