The ground and first floor of 250 North Terrace now feature contemporary finishes, more natural light, improved facilities and open workspaces.

Ground floor
- Transformation of individual workstations into a modern open space.
- Refresh of the women's bathroom and accessible toilet, with new toilets, washbasins, mirrors, contemporary tiling and high-end fixtures.
- Addition of a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and ample storage.
- New reception area with two workstations.
- New informal meeting area with plush booth and lockers.
- New meeting room with AV, acoustic wall treatment and sensor lighting.
Level 1
- Refresh of existing workstations and adjacent collaboration area with new carpet and furniture, acoustic ceiling treatment, sensor lighting and fresh paint.
- Refresh of the men's bathroom with new toilets, washbasins, mirrors, contemporary tiling and high-end fixtures.
- Refresh of the existing meeting room with new furniture and AV.
- Addition of a kitchenette to replace the existing tearoom.
