Mail & Couriers

Team Global Express and Australia Post provide all mail and courier services for the University of Adelaide.

Mail is received in centralised mail rooms at each campus. The North Terrace mail room is on the ground floor of the Confucius Institute in the Wills Building.

Each school or department (mail cost centre) requires a nominated representative and a backup representative who can dispatch and collect mail at the mail room between 9:30am and 11:00am weekdays. Once signed for, the representative will be responsible for storing the mail and ensuring its distribution. To set up a departmental representative please email Damon Golledge.

University mail is automatically sent using the Australia Post REGULAR service. If a PRIORITY service is required, items must be separated and clearly labelled as priority mail.

Please have personal parcels delivered to your home address.

For more information visit the Australia Post website.
