Kofax Platform Outage - OKTA Implementation

Kofax will be unavailable from 5:00pm on Friday, 24 March until 12:00pm on Sunday, 26 March.

During the outage, OKTA multi-factor authentication will be enabled on the platform. This will further help protect our data and systems from unauthorised access. If you haven’t used multi-factor authentication before, please refer to the OKTA Multi Factor Authentication page.

There will be no change to the way you access and use Kofax prior to the outage.

If you have any issues accessing Kofax after the outage, you can log a ticket through the MyIT portal or call the ITDS Service Desk on 8313 3000 .
