You can visit the password portal at any time to update your details. We recommend updating your details as soon as they change. If you update your details in Password Manager, the changes will apply in Staff Services Online and vice-versa.

60 minutes. If you do not reset your password in this time, you can request another code.
How do I reset my forgotten password if I haven't registered my personal email address?
You will need to attend a University campus in person with photo ID. Once your password has been reset, you will be prompted to enter your personal email address and mobile number, which can be used in future to reset your password online. If you are unable to attend in person, please use the Password Reset Form and follow the instructions at the top of the form.
