Password Management

Password Manager will enable you to perform a variety of functions relating to the management of your password.

The University's Password Manager is available online anywhere at any time, providing quick access for current staff, students and visitors to:
  • Change your password
  • Activate your account
  • Reset your forgotten password
  • Update your personal email/mobile number (used to recover your forgotten password)

Did you know that your account will lock if a device or computer storing an old or incorrect password attempts to connect to our services? Before changing your password, please review the relevant guides below.

Different accounts have different disable and delete times. Former staff who have recently left and require access to their account should speak with their supervisor about obtaining visitor access.

Former students who require access to their account will need to enrol in a course. To do so or to obtain a copy of your transcript, please contact Ask Adelaide.
