Join us for an engaging and lively conversation with Dr Josie McLean, author of three books including; Big Little Shifts: A Practitioner's Guide to Complexity for Organisational Change and Adaptation; Ecological and Climate-Conscious Coaching (co-edited); and Purposeful Cultures: A Practical Self-Leadership Guide (exploring who we are and how to make a difference).
Dr Josie McLean is a pioneer of the Australian coaching industry, co-founder of the Climate Coaching Alliance, and recipient of multiple global awards. Josie holds a PhD in Organisational Sustainability from the University of Adelaide, and her work spans award-winning research, influential books on complexity and leadership, and a growing library of academic publications and collaborative coaching guides. In conversation will be hosted by Annie Waters, from Mostly Books. Annie’s insightful questions will guide us through an exploration of Josie's most recent influential book Big Little Shifts, describing the leadership journey to lead systemic changes in relation to complex, adaptive challenges.
