Study break for exams

With exams underway it can be a very stressful time.

There are lots of different things that you can do to help yourself get the most from your study time. 

  • Take breaks when you study.
  • Do some quick stretches or go for a walk when you feel yourself getting overwhelmed. 
  • Drink lots of water (not just energy drinks and coffee). Keeping hydrated can help you to focus.
