Using Altmetrics to understand your research impact and engagement, Fri 8 November
Altmetric Explorer is a tool to help you measure how your research is being used and talked about online, via online news, blogs, Twitter, and more. Come along to this workshop to find out the benefits of Altmetric Explorer and how to use it to your advantage.
The workshop will include: learning about the Altmetric donut and timeline, using Altmetric Explorer - including our top tips, and finding out how to increase your online attention.
Prerequisites: To help us maximise the value of the workshop time, a brief pre-work task will be emailed to you one week before the workshop. You will be asked to view a short video and read an article about Altmetrics, which we will then discuss in the workshop.
