Mindful Yoga at the Library, 9 October
Mindful Yoga is a great way to lower your stress levels when studying. This free one-hour lunchtime session will help you refocus and gain a better sense of calm.
When: Wednesday 9 October 2019, 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm.
Where: Ira Raymond Room, Barr Smith Library
Cost: FREE for University of Adelaide students.
Note: Bookings essential as places are limited. Yoga mats will be supplied, although you are welcome to bring your own.
Mindful Yoga at the Library is part of the University of Adelaide's Mental Health Awareness Week program: Stand Together (8 - 11 October). This year the focus is on how we can help each other through the hard times, and be there for each other in the good times too.
