Mental Health Awareness Week 2020
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) from 12 October to 16 October.
We, in partnership with Student Health & Wellbeing, are proud to participate and support MHAW in 2020.
This year, the theme is ‘Your say, Your Community’ and we are aiming to raise awareness of mental health within the wider University community.
Browse our MHAW book display on Level 3 of the Barr Smith Library (featuring some wonderful new books!). You can also join us from the comfort of your own home, and visit the VirtualEscape@Library guide, complete with online activities you can do at your own pace.
We hope you enjoy our guides and find the activities useful and informative. Mental health is important for everyone. If you are facing a mental health challenge, you are not alone!
How do you deal with keeping on top of your mental health and wellbeing?
