For this month's Friends of the Library event we are joined by author Denise George, discussing her latest book "Mary Lee: the life and times of a 'turbulent anarchist' and her battle for women's rights".
We are very pleased to announce that the University’s art and heritage collections are now part of the University Library. This is an exciting development bringing together the management and development of all special, rare and unique collections under a single program.
This lecture, held on Tuesday 27 August, is for staff and students who would like to find and understand their research metrics. Metrics can be used when applying for grants, promotions and positions. The lecture is particularly useful for research students and Early Career Researchers.

Beginning Monday 29 July, the Roseworthy Campus Library opening hours will be extended, with the library open between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Beginning Monday 29 July 2019, the Waite Campus Library will operate as a self-service library, as part of a University Library pilot program for Semester 2.
