Annual Leave loading Payments 2021

In accordance with clause 4.1.4. of the Enterprise Agreement, leave loading payments will be made to eligible staff on pay day 03 December 2021.

The calculation of annual leave loading is based on 17.5% of four (4) weeks of your salary. This will be capped at the Higher Education Officer Level 9 step 1, except where shift and penalty rates would be greater. Annual leave loading will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the actual period worked in the current calendar year.
