Facilitator

Jason Vidovich

  • Jason Vidovich

Jason Vidovich works within the field of Organisational Development and Capability (OD). He is an accomplished coach and facilitator of leaders and managers, together with workforce engagement and training.

Jason believes effectiveness is achieved by ensuring all development initiatives have a line of sight to an organisation’s vision. As importantly, bringing into being strategies, operational goals and a set of core values with aligned behaviours – must also exist and form a reference point for all business activities.

These important factors contribute significantly to providing all employees with appropriate direction and support, building the likelihood of greater business performance. These factors also influence the working environment, which provides a level of security for business longevity and employment alike.

In these uncertain times individuals and Organisations need to be nimble, as the varying external factors continue to shift and challenge status quo.
